In addition to his law practice, Mr. De Caprio also serves as Justice for the Village of Haverstraw, a position he has held for the last two years. As Village Justice, he presides over cases involving criminal matters, landlord/tenant issues and small claims. This unique judicial background lends him additional perspective and a depth of understanding that benefits his clients.
